Rahmaniya VHSS emerges winners

In the 10th regional VHSE arts festival

KOZHIKODE: Rahmaniya VHSS for Handicapped, Kozhikode, has emerged champions with 66 points in the 10th regional arts festival of the Vocational Higher Secondary Education (VHSE) held at VHSS, Madappally in the district. The festival concluded on Saturday.

The students of the VHSS of Kozhikode and Wayanad districts competed in the three-day festival that began on Thursday. MJVHSS, Vilwappally, and Koyilandy Government Mappila VHSS shared the second position with 64 points each. Payyoli VHSS bagged the third position with 59 points.

A. Pradeep Kumar, MLA, inaugurated the valedictory function. E.M. Dayanandan, reception committee chairman, presided over the function. K. Asokan, Vadakara DEO, distributed the prizes. T.H. Vijayaraghavan, VHSE assistant director, spoke on the occasion.
