Virtual training

The Consortium for Educational Communication, an Inter-University Centre on Electronic Media, New Delhi, will conduct a virtual training programme through EDUSAT on "Capacity Building Programme on Multimedia and E-content Development" for college teachers on November 27 at 9 a.m. at the PSG College of Arts and Science. Teachers from autonomous colleges of Bharathiar University will also participate in the programme. The programme will go on till December 16.

Workshop

The Fashion Technology Department of Kumaraguru College of Technology will organise a 15-day workshop on "Handicrafts" starting from November 27 for the children of `Ashirwad,' a society for the children with disabilities.

Greeting card making, envelope and paper bag making, beadwork and other handworks

will also be taught at the workshop.
