City bakers urge YSR to take steps

HYDERABAD: The Andhra Pradesh Bakery and Nan Association has decided to represent the problems faced by bakers in the city in view of the rise in prices of commodities to Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy.

In a statement here on Sunday, the association said the increase in prices of eggs, maida and vanaspathi threatened to put bakers out of business and urged Dr. Reddy to take steps towards bringing down the prices.
