Hit duo gets together again

Actor Suriya greets director Gautham Menon at the launch of `Vaaranam Aayiram'.

CHENNAI: The Suriya - Gautham Menon combination is all set to get down to work again.

At a star-studded function on Friday night at a five star hotel, the actor - director duo announced their coming together for the movie `Vaaranam Aayiram'.

The invitation to the party said, "My second outing with Suriya is ready to roll. Harris, Anthony and Rajeevan, as always, are with me. This time, Rathanavelu joins the bandwagon. I would love you to join my team and me at the launch party of my next film `Vaaranam Aayiram'. Yes, I mean take the floor literally. Come party with us, and the rest of the film fraternity!"

Actors Sarath Kumar, Vijay, Dhanush, Jeevan, Asin, Lakshmi Rai and `Kaadhal' Sandhya, not to mention yesteryear stars such as Ambika and Jayeshree responded to the invitation.Gautham Menon was a gracious host.

The audience got a bonus: a peep into Sarath Kumar's forthcoming movie, `Pachaikili Muthucharam'.
