New head for BHEL Power Sector-SR

CHENNAI: E. Meenakshisundaram has taken over as Head, BHEL Power Sector, Southern Region, Chennai. The southern region of BHEL Power Sector is engaged in the business profile of construction and execution of power plants — thermal, hydro and nuclear categories — in the four southern States besides Orissa and the Union Territory of Pondicherry. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Meenakshisundaram was heading BHEL, ISG Unit, Bangalore, for three years, says a company release.
