NEW DELHI: The revised modification in the Master Plan for Delhi-2001 had on September 22 this year provided a lot of relief to plot owners and allottees of residential plotted development by way of relaxation in ground coverage, maximum floor area ratio and maximum height. However, while Delhi Development Authority last week brought out the charges for betterment and the penalties, the same have not been put on the website either by DDA or by the Union Urban Development Ministry as confusion prevails as to whose job it is. Sources in DDA said it was at the instance of the Ministry that the charges were published by the Authority. The office of Commissioner (Planning) which had released the charges said the same should be available on the Ministry website as in this case DDA is only acting on the directions of the Ministry.
