UDUPI: As many as 12 activists of Sri Rama Sene were arrested when they tried to obstruct the police personnel on duty and tried to damage the board of police outpost near the Service Bus Stand here on Tuesday. The incident took place after the protest meeting organised by the Sri Rama Sene against the proposed 1,015 MW coal-based Nagarjuna Power Project at the Clock Tower near the Service Bus Stand. According to the Udupi Town Police, the activists of the Sri Rama Sene tried to damage the board of the police outpost at Service Bus Stand.
