Two plots measuring 460 sq.yds, 127 sq.yds put for auction

HYDERABAD:
The auction of two open plots at Bagh Lingampally fetched a price range of around Rs.30,000 per square yard for the Andhra Pradesh Housing Board (APHB) here on Tuesday.
The plots measuring 460 sq.yds. and 127 sq.yds. were put for auction under sealed tender-cum-open bid system on Tuesday. The upset price for both the plots was fixed at Rs. 24,000 and 32 bidders took part in the auction. While the open bidding for 127-sq.yd plot stopped at Rs.29,300, a higher bid of Rs.30,300 was found in the sealed tender option. For the bigger plot, the highest offer made in the open bidding was Rs.29,300 while the tender procedure came to Rs.25,400.
