HYDERABAD: Arun Kumar's century (110, 14 x 4) and Prithvi Raj's unbeaten 91 enabled Mysore University record a 280-run win over Kuvempu in the South Zone inter-university cricket tournament here on Wednesday. On Thursday, Osmania faces Mysore at OU `A' ground, while defending champion Madras takes on Karnatak at PG College of Science, Secunderbad, both games starting at 9 a.m. The scores: Bharathiar University 255 (Steejan 62, Abdul Rehman 81; Ashish Kumar five for 28) lost to Osmania 260 for seven (Shamiullah Khan 81 not out). Bangalore 147 (Krishnachandran 51 not out; Ashok Wodder five for 25) lost to Karnatak 151 for three (Diraj Shabadi 67, I. Nayeem 48).
