Hizb threat leaves students, teachers worried
Srinagar:
A reported threat by militant outfit Hizb-ul-Mujahideen to some public schools in the Kashmir valley to close down has left both parents and their wards anxious. According to newspaper clippings, the Hizb has sent out these threats to various Army-run schools, the Delhi Public School and the Vision Public School, to name a few.
Students and teaching staff are of the unanimous view that their future and their careers will be at stake if these schools shut down.
"It will affect the lives, career and education of the students. Nowhere will we be imparted better education and good discipline by good teachers," said Sakshee, a student. ANI
