Special Correspondent

JAIPUR: The Communist Party of India has decided to observe December 8, the third anniversary of the BJP Government assuming power in Rajasthan, as "Dikkar diwas"(condemnation day). The main Opposition, the Congress has already announced its decision to observe the anniversary as "Black day".

The CPI (M) State Secretariat, which met here on Tuesday, termed the Vasundhara Raje Government in the State as a" total failure". The Government had no moral right to remain in power, the party said.
