Mumbai: Dingle ridden by Dashrath Singh won the Silver Phantom Plate, the feature event of the races held here on Thursday (Nov. 30). The winner is owned by M/s. Gautam Kotwal, Darius Rafaat, Mohit Burm and Sultan Singh. Todywalla trains the winner.
