Carnatic music workshop

CHENNAI: Aaroahanaa, an organisation involved in creating awareness about Carnatic music, is conducting a Carnatic music workshop from December 18. The venue will be Subrahmanyam Hall, Gandhi Nagar, Adyar, Chennai.

Musicians and musicologists will conduct the lessons.

HMV Raghu, musicologist and audio engineer, and H. Ramakrishnan, television journalist-cum-musician, will be the course directors. The sessions will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. daily.
