KOLLAM: As part of the Golden Jubilee celebrations of Kerala formation, the Cooperative Department in association with the Kollam District Cooperative Bank (KDCB) is organising a cooperative seminar here on Tuesday. Minister for Food and Civil Supplies C. Divakaran will inaugurate the seminar at a function to be presided over by Mayor N. Padmalochanan. C.V. Padmarajan, the former Minister, will deliver the keynote address.
