Another blood collection racket

GUNTUR: Guntur police on Tuesday busted yet another racket of illegal collection of blood this time from commercial donors instead of children at Vasantharayapuram in the city. Guntur West Circle Inspector J. Bhaskara Rao said Ganjigunta Venkata Ramakrishna was running a business of collection of blood from rickshaw pullers, labourers in his own house and sell to a broker. He used to pay Rs.100 to the donors and sell packets at a very high price.
