Lucknow: An all-party delegation comprising members of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly will soon hold meetings with Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dixit and other senior officials to break the impasse over plying of buses in each other's territories. Assembly Speaker Mata Prasad Pandey on Tuesday announced in the House that a seven-member committee headed by Transport Minister Naresh Agarwal has been set up to speak to the Delhi Government in this regard. The other members of the committee included Rajendra Singh Rana, Hukum Singh, J. N. Rai, Vivek Bansal, Tejpal Singh and Banshidhar Raj. Two rounds of talks between the Uttar Pradesh and Delhi Government officials in Lucknow and Delhi have failed to yield any results. The Delhi High Court had recently reprimanded the two Governments and directed them to resolve the matter at the earliest. PTI
