CHENNAI: Celebrate the Christmas spirit with a smooth jazz concert at the Museum Theatre, Egmore, on Saturday evening. Traditional jazz with stylistic influences from Latin, pop, R&B, pop and world music are combined in the genre of smooth jazz.

It also features Shyam Benjamin on the piano, `Darbuka' Shiva doing the percussion, Thomas on the trumpet, Donan Murray on the guitar and Aalaap Raju doing bass.

Presented by Shyam Benjamin, composer-pianist, part of the proceeds from the tickets would support the Ebenezer Home of Social Outreaches, which runs an orphanage in the city. Tickets are available at Landmark, Music India, Pro-Musicals, Musee Musicals, The Fruit Shop and Lakshman Shruti Musicals. Contact 99400 94430 for more details.
