Winners of National Management Quiz

CHENNAI
: The All-India Management Association (AIMA), in association with the Madras Management Association (MMA), hosted the finals of the seventh National Management Quiz on Sunday.
Viswajeeth and Mitheesh of Sun Microsystems, Chennai, emerged winners, while K. M. Prashant and Sujit Varkey of NTPC, Delhi, and J. Rahul and A. G. K. Murthy of Vishakhapatnam Steel Plant won the first and second runners up titles respectively. Winners took home cash prizes worth Rs. 90,000, besides form gift hampers and trophies. S. P. S Jaggi, Jacob Kurian and V. Kumar of Bhilai Steel Plant were the quizmasters.
S. K. Swamy, vice-president, AIMA & CEO, R. K. Swamy BBDO Advertising, was the chief guest for the event. Four regional rounds were earlier held in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai.
"The quiz is organised exclusively for managers to give them a platform to prove their efficiency. It also facilitates an interaction between managers from different parts of the country,'' said Kamal Singh, Director, Centre for Management Development.
