Isha yoga programme

Isha Yoga Centre will conduct a 13-day Isha Yoga Programme starting from December 11. The introductory session will be held on December 10 at 6 p.m. at the Sengappa Konar Thirumana Mandapam. The regular programme will be held at three timings (from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m., 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.). For details, contact: 94433-62863, 9994974580.

Dak Adalat

Dak Adalat will be held at the office of the Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Coimbatore Division, near Good Shed Road, on December 11 at 3 p.m. Specific complaints and suggestions for consideration at the Adalat are to be sent to the Manager, Customer Care Centre, Postal Complex, Coimbatore, 641001, in a cover superscribed `Dak Adalat.'

Gender sensitisation

Centre for Women's Studies, Avinashilingam University, will conduct a "Gender Sensitisation" programme for SHG women at Karudampalayam village under the Periyanaickenpalayam Block, from December

6 to 9. Nearly 30 SHG women are expected to participate.
