Court orders: MCH clarifies
HYDERABAD:
The Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad has clarified that the High Court in its orders has said "nobody should be allowed to raise any construction in violation of the master plan, zoning plan or use of land for any purpose other than the one specified in the master plan."
It had also stated "buildings erected for residential purposes shall not be allowed to be used for any commercial or institutional purpose. No regularisation should be done by the Government by adopting any measure." Additional Commissioner K. Dhananjaya Reddy said that the HC had only directed the MCH that action be taken as per the existing building bylawsand nowhere did the orders mention about "sealing" of the aforesaid buildings.
