Managing Director and Chief Medical Superintendent of Sreedhareeyam N.P.P. Namboodiri said here on Thursday that a multi-discipline validation study would be carried out as part of the new project. A two-day national seminar on Keratoconus and the role of salakya tantra (dealing with treatment of organs above the neck) in checking ophthalmologic disorders would be held at Sreedhareeyam Hospital at Koothattukulam on December 9 and 10. Dr. Namboodiri said that about 100 salakya tantra experts would participate in the seminar..
