`JD(S) MLAs not happy with party leadership'

Staff Correspondent

MYSORE: In the wake of his re-election to the Legislative Assembly from the Chamundeshwari constituency in Mysore as a Congress candidate, a triumphant former Deputy Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has predicted a split in the Janata Dal (Secular) Legislature Party.

Speaking to presspersons soon after the declaration of the results here on Thursday, Mr. Siddaramaiah said the Janata Dal (S) MLAs as well as Ministers were "dissatisfied" with the party leadership and the functioning of the coalition Government.

Responding to a question, he said a few MLAs of the Janata Dal (S) were in touch with him.
