Indian adopts e-ticketing

NEW DELHI: Indian has adopted the globally accepted system of e-ticketing. It will be available for travel between Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore.

A passenger can log on to www.indianairlines.in and make a booking, take a print of the Itinerary Receipt (ITR) and get ready to fly. All that will be required to check-in is a print of the ITR and photo identification of the passenger, a release by Indian said.
