TexTech International buys Stratford Publishing

CHENNAI: TexTech International Private Limited has acquired the U.S.-based Stratford Publishing Services in a cash-cum-share deal. TexTech is an end-to-end provider of content solutions. It provides project management, editorial, design, art, composition, data conversion and content repurposing services to some leading largest publishers of education, trade and academic books.
