KOLLAM: Minister for Agriculture Mullakkara Ratnakaran inaugurated the district-level Higher Secondary Schools (HSS) youth festival at Puthur on Thursday. The inaugural function began with a cultural procession organised by the students of various higher secondary schools in the district. As many as 3,000 students are competing in the events. The festival will conclude on Saturday.
