NIZAMABAD: District Collector I.S. Sri Naresh has called upon philanthropists to donate liberally to the Sainik Welfare Fund to provide better housing and other facilities to ex-servicemen and their dependants. Attending a function organised in connection with Flag Day at the District Sainik Welfare Office here on Thursday, he said a multi-facility centre in the partnership of ex-servicemen would be set up shortly to utilise their services.
