Attitudinal change
Well! The new zeal to enforce law is indeed being talked about in the city. Be it the enforcement of traffic rules, building regulations or rehabilitation of child labour, no way one can violate rules and not expect to be pulled up for it these days.
While it has certainly come as a bolt from the blue, not the rules, but their strict enforcement, there are many who are happy about the developments. "One always likes to take a easy way out but the moment, they understand they cannot do it any longer, compliance follows," observed an appreciative denizen.
Let's hope the new attitudinal change lasts a lifetime.
