`Bappida' set to enthral city

VISAKHAPATNAM: Noted music composer Bappi Lahiri will enthral music lovers in Visakhapatnam with his peppy numbers at the Bappi Lahiri `Live in Concert' event to be held at Gurajada Kalakshetram on December 16.

`Disco Dancer'

The composer has composed music for over 400 Bollywood movies in the past four decades and has lent his voice to both the Bollywood and Tollywood music industry.

The `disco king' shot into fame with the film `Disco Dancer'. It was followed by hits like `Sharaabi' and `Namak Haraam'.

He also lent his melodious voice to Telugu movies like `Simhasahanam', `State Rowdy' and `Gang Leader'.

Remix roster

Most remixes made today are adapted from his movies.

The concert would be presented by the Wellfare Group of Companies in association with the Siri Group.
