PATNA: The Opposition on Monday stalled proceedings in the Bihar Assembly on Monday over law and order and the Speaker's role in conducting the House. Before the House commenced, the Opposition, led by the Rashtriya Janata Dal, raised slogans demanding the resignation of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. It also protested against the murder of Professor Papiya Ghosh in Patna and the killings in Bagha West Champaran district. The scene was no different when the House commenced. The Opposition sought a CBI probe into the Ghosh murder case and action against those responsible for the death of four persons in Bagha.
