GULBARGA: Hundreds of leprosy patients along with children began their indefinite dharna here on Tuesday. They were demanding a raise in the pension from Rs. 200 to Rs. 500. The protesters, mostly deformed women, led by the former corporator Vajrakumar Kivade and general secretary of Gandhi Leprosy Society Hanumanth H. Devanoor, submitted a memorandum to the Deputy Commissioner.
