HASSAN: Over 15 youngsters from Hassan in an open letter to Siddaramiah (copy of the letter released to media) appealed him to change his behaviour and become softer, more approachable and not hate the upper caste. In a 10 point letter, they said most of the people campaigned for him in the recent election not out of respect for but for his principles. Scion from royal family Srikantadatta Vodeyar also campaigned for him and he should have more courtesy. We have not seen him personally but the way he speaks (as shown in electronic media), he is a symbol of arrogance, which should not be the case. There is a belief that once he gets power, he will become more arrogant than Revanna and Deve Gowda. They urged him to treat officials more humanely and change his attitude.
