CHANDIGARH: Haryana Governor A.R. Kidwai and Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda have condoled the death of the first Chief Secretary of Haryana, Saroop Krishen. A member of the Indian Civil Service, he had breathed his last here on Monday night. Dr. Kidwai lit a candle at the residence of Mr. Krishen and commended his gesture in donating his body to the PGI medical institute for teaching and research purposes.
