B.Com student killed in accident

HYDERABAD:
A B.Com II year student died after the motorcycle he was riding was run over by an APSRTC bus near Andhra Bank at Koti on Tuesday morning. Twenty-year-old Mir Wasim Ali, a resident of Rein Bazaar, was going towards the office of Director of Medical Health from Andhra Bank when the route number 3H bus, from Afzalgunj to Kushaiguda, rammed Wasim's vehicle from behind. As a result, he was crushed to death under the front wheels of the bus. Wasim was a student of St. Joseph's Degree College. Sultan Bazaar Sub-Inspector Girish Rao Gowri said the bus driver Satyeshwar Rao (35) of Vidhyanagar was trying to overtake the motorcyclist. The driver was arrested and a case of rash and negligent driving under Section 304 (A) registered against him, he said.
