Isolated rain likely in T.N.

CHENNAI: Rainfall occurred at few places over Kerala. Isolated rainfall occurred over Tamil Nadu Lakshadweep, coastal and south interior Karnataka. Mainly dry weather prevailed over Rayalaseema and dry weather prevailed over Telangana, coastal Andhra Pradesh and north interior Karnataka.

They were markedly above normal at one or two places over Telangana, north interior Karnataka, appreciably above normal at many places over coastal Andhra Pradesh, coastal Karnataka, at one or two places over north Kerala, north coastal Tamil Nadu, interior Karnataka, Rayalaseema, rest Telangana, above normal at many places over rest Tamil Nadu, at one or two places over rest Karnataka, rest Kerala and were generally normal over the rest of the region.

Arogyavaram, Adilabad and Dharwad recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 16 degree Celsius in the plains of the region.

FORECAST (Valid until Friday morning): Isolated light rain is likely to occur over Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Kerala and Lakshadweep. Mainly dry weather will prevail over Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.

Outlook for subsequent two days: No significant change.
