Lucknow: A senior IAS officer and member of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Council has resigned from the service. In his resignation letter, Anil Kumar said he was quitting on personal grounds, highly placed sources said here on Wednesday. Mr. Kumar, a 1989 batch IAS officer, however, told PTI that he was ``feeling suffocated by the prevailing system''.
