1:1 bonus from HCL Tech

CHENNAI: HCL Technologies Limited (HCL) has recommended 1:1 bonus issue at its board meeting held in New Delhi on Thursday. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 64.69 crore (with shares of the face value of Rs. 2 each) while reserves stood at Rs. 2,511 crore as on June 30, 2006.
