Patna: The Bihar Government has so far identified 4,49,368 physically challenged persons in the State of whom 44,180 have already been issued identity cards, the legislative council was informed on Thursday. Welfare minister Rameshwar Paswan informed the House that a survey for identification of physically challenged was going on which would be completed soon. PTI
