Special train to New Delhi

CHENNAI: Southern Railway will run a special train from Chennai Central to New Delhi on December 18 to clear extra rush of passengers.

Train no 0693 will leave Chennai Central at 11 p.m. on December 18 (Monday) and reach New Delhi at 10 a.m. on December 20 (Wednesday).

The train will stop at Vijayawada, Warangal, Balharshah, Nagpur, Bhopal, Jhansi, Gwalior, Agra and H.Nizammudin.

It will have two AC two-tier, 2 AC three-tier, 12 sleeper class, three general second class, and two luggage-cum-brake van coaches.

Advance reservation

Advance reservation for the above special is commencing on December 17 (Sunday), according to a railway release.
