Man stabbed to death

HYDERABAD: Two motorcycle-borne persons stabbed to death an electrician B. Srirama Venkatesh, 30, in Nacharam on Friday night.

Police believe financial disputes might have led to the electrician's killing. A resident of Vasanthavihar Colony, the victim went to a roadside hotel near Mallapur crossroads around 6.30 p.m. when the duo came on a bike and attacked him with knives. Another unidentified person joined the two attackers later and the trio sped away on the bike leaving Venkatesh in a pool of blood.

Police shifted the victim to the Gandhi hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries, while undergoing treatment, after a few hours.
