MANGALORE: The annual Karavali Utsav, which will begin on December 21 here, will include an air show, 42 days of cultural programmes, a beach festival and folk theatre. The utsav will be inaugurated by Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy. Deputy Commissioner of Dakshina Kannada M. Maheshwara Rao told presspersons here on Saturday that apart from entertainment, cultural, tourism, music and theatre events, a two-kilometre-long colourful procession, "Janapada Siri", would also be organised.
