Vijai Sales outlet in Vellore

VELLORE: The production of Rs. 1 lakh passenger car by Tata Motors is in the design stage and the car will be launched in 2008, according to S. Krishnan, Vice-President (Commercial), Tata Motors. Addressing a press conference on the occasion of the opening of Vijai Sales Corporation, dealers for Tata Motors (passenger cars), here on Sunday, he said it took four-five years for a company to design, develop and launch a car.
