Puducherry: The Chief Minister, N. Rangasamy, accompanied by Industries Minister, V. Vaithilingam, Health Minister E. Valsaraj, Parliamentary Secretary A Namassivayam, PCC president P. Shanmugham and A. Elumalai MLA, paid floral tributes at the statue of former Chief Minister V. Venkatasubba Reddiar on the occasion of his 97th birth anniversary on Monday.
