Bypolls to 13 local body wards on January 23

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Bypolls will be held to 13 local body wards in the State on January 23.

According to an announcement here on Monday by State Election Commisioner P. Kamalkutty, the notification will be issued on December 22. The nominations will be accepted till December 29. The scrutiny would take place on December 30. The last date for withdrawal of nominations is January 2.

Counting would take place on January 24. The SEC asked the candidates to submit their accounts by February 23.
