Greater Bangalore issues discussed

Bangalore: Various issues pertaining to Greater Bangalore were discussed with Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BMP) officials at a meeting chaired by Health and Family Welfare Minister R. Ashok here on Monday.

The issues discussed include administrative system in Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BBMP), investments required for providing physical infrastructure and civic amenities in BBMP and resources mobilisation measures, and steps to be taken towards an Act for the implementation of BBMP.

Urban Development Secretary, BMP Commissioner and Special Commissioner were present.
