Government's defence pathetic: Swamy

CHENNAI: The Janata Party on Tuesday termed as pathetic the United Progressive Alliance Government's defence in Parliament of the civilian nuclear deal with the United States. In a statement, party president Subramanian Swamy said the U.S. Congress had set binding parameters for India. He called upon patriotic forces to make the deal a campaign issue to throw out the UPA Government.
