Cost of project hiked

HYDERABAD: The cost of the Pothireddypadu project has been enhanced from Rs. 1,252 crore to Rs 2,155 crore.

The Government, has given administrative sanction for it.

An official explained that the hike was because of increased cost of construction material and various structures to be taken up on the common channel serving several projects in Rayalaseema.
