ALAPPUZHA : Mar Ivanios College, Thiruvananthapuram, has lifted the overall championship in the Kerala University Youth Festival, which concluded at Mararikkulam in the district on Tuesday. This is the fourth consecutive time that Ivanios finished first in the overall points tally in youth festival. Ivanios secured 127 points and Sree Swathi Tirunal College of Music, Thiruvananthapuram, finished second with 71 points. All Saints College, Thiruvananthapuram, which secured 57 points is in the third position. Vishnu Gopal of Thiruvanamthapuram Medical College was adjudged `Kalaprathibha'. Divya R. Nair of Mar Baselios College of Engineering and Technology won the `Kalathilakam' title. Minister for Finance T.M. Thomas Isaac and Minister for Cooperation G. Sudhakaran distributed the prizes to winners.
