DEHRA DUN: Congress president Sonia Gandhi will launch the party's campaign for the upcoming Uttaranchal Assembly elections by addressing an "Abhar Rally" (thanksgiving rally) at the Parade Grounds here on December 27.
Announcing this here on Monday, PCC general secretary Dhirendra Pratap said the party was organising
The rally is seen by political observers here as a move to counter the ongoing "Parivartan Yatra" of the Bharatiya Janata Party.
