NEW DELHI: Amardeep Singh Gill, one of the three convicts in the Jessica Lal murder case, on Tuesday moved an application for bail in the Delhi High Court. The High Court on Monday had held him guilty under Sections 120-B read with 201 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for destroying evidence in the case. The application is likely to be taken up for hearing on Wednesday. In his application, Gill submitted that he has two small children and old parents to take care of. He submitted that there was no other criminal case pending against him and he had never absconded from the trial of the case. Meanwhile, the Division Bench of the High Court comprising Justice R.S.
