CHANDIGARH: Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Tuesday directed the officials of the State Irrigation Department to ensure timely completion of two major projects of BML Hansi Branch-Butana Branch Multipurpose Link Channel and Dadupur Nalvi Irrigation Scheme. Reviewing the progress of ongoing work on these two major canals, Mr. Hooda directed the Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary, Finance, N. Bala Baskar, to ensure that there was no dearth of funds for these projects. The meeting was attended by Irrigation Minister Ajay Singh Yadav, Chief Minister's Principal Secretary M.L.Tayal, Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary (Irrigation) R.N.Prashar and senior officials of the Irrgation Department.
